Office administrator

Are you willing to work autonomously or with a team to develop the successful projects through clear strategy and proactive commitment?

if yes, we are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
  • Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel.
  • Schedules appointments.
  • Signs for incoming packages.
  • ·Assist clients and other visitors.


Key Requirements:

  • Holder of Business degree from a reputable university
  • Previous work experience (2-3 years minimum)
  • Professional behavior and decent business dress code awareness are crucial
  • Languages: Professional Arabic and English are critical for the job (speaking, writing, and typing). French is a strong plus)
  • Important character traits: Loyalty, Confidentiality, Professionalism, Interpersonal Skills, Decency, Results Oriented and Willingness to go the extra mile if needed. 


Work Location and Schedule:

·      Working from Monday till Friday
