Key Responsibilities
- Process new policies, renewals and adjustments as required
- Ensure all client information is accurate and up to date
- Liaise with insurance companies on behalf of clients to resolve claims efficiently
- Obtain quotes from various insurance companies and present the best options to clients
- Respond to clients' inquiries and provide guidance on policy details and coverage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 3 years of experience in insurance, preferably within a brokerage or similar environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
