Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to manage the development, customization, and maintenance of WordPress-based websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of WordPress architecture, theme and plugin development, and front-end technologies. Experience with Kinsta hosting and BuddyBoss is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
• Create custom WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and overall performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including bugs, performance problems, and security vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to implement website features and enhancements.
• Manage and configure WordPress hosting environments, particularly Kinsta, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Integrate and customize BuddyBoss for social networking and community-driven projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with a strong portfolio of WordPress websites.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress architecture, including themes, plugins, and core functions.
• Experience with Kinsta hosting, including environment setup, migration, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with BuddyBoss platform, including custom development and integration.
• Understanding of PHP, MySQL, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of website optimization techniques, including caching, image optimization, and CDN integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WooCommerce, Elementor, or other popular WordPress plugins.
• Familiarity with website security best practices.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
