The Facility Management Officer will be responsible for overseeing the physical infrastructure and facilities of our organization. This includes ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and efficiency of all facilities to support our operational needs and enhance the workplace environment.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
- Regularly monitor the facilities thru daily tour visits while using checklists and report issues.
- Plan and conduct maintenance works executed by the company’s team and external service providers.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as contractors and service providers.
- Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance and repair works and cost.
- Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor facility usage and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Implement & maintain sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
- Prepare and send regular reports on facility management activities and performance.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or engineering. Certification in Facility Management is a plus.
· 3 years of proven experience in the field is a plus.
- Knowledge of facility operations and maintenance best practices.
- Well Developed planning skills and proactive approach
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail.
- Languages: Arabic, English, French is a plus
