Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical and Para pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in dermo cosmetics, food supplements, and medical devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas and be responsible for covering the pharmacies sector across Lebanon.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners, and other key stakeholders within the pharmacy sector.

• Promote and sell a range of dermo cosmetic products, food supplements, and medical devices to pharmacies, ensuring they are well-stocked and up-to-date with the latest products.

• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on product benefits, usage, and proper storage.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.

• Provide ongoing support and training to pharmacy staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, , or a related field is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical and Para pharmaceutical sectors, with a focus on dermo cosmetics, food supplements, and medical devices.

• Strong understanding of the pharmacy sector in Lebanon, including key players and market dynamics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Lebanon.
