Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Coordination:
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (social media, email, SEO/SEM, etc.).
• Brief and coordinate with the creative digital agency to develop engaging content and creatives aligned with our brand’s objectives.
• Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates to the Head of Marketing.
2. Content Management:
• Oversee the creation and publication of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Work with the creative team to develop and maintain a content calendar.
3. Performance Tracking:
• Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant metrics.
• Prepare reports on key metrics and make recommendations for optimization.
4. Cross-Departmental Coordination:
• Liaise with other departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Product Development) to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
• Act as a point of contact for marketing-related inquiries and requests from internal teams.
5. Budget Management:
• Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are executed within the allocated budget.
• Track expenses and assist in preparing budget reports.
6. Agency Management:
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Provide feedback and guidance to ensure that agency output meets our standards.
7. Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Lebanese food market.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the food or e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., social media, Google Analytics, email marketing).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in working with creative agencies is a plus.
• Passion for Lebanese food and culture is a strong advantage.
