Danone MENA is looking for a talented Commercial Analyst to be based in Beirut, Lebanon.

In the context of Specialized Nutrition Middle East, you will be responsible to drive and contribute to SN brand market to the achievement of the commercial objectives by developing and tracking key sales performance indicator which is critical to enhance the understanding of the business & market and improve decision making.

• Contribute to the achievement of the commercial objectives by developing and tracking key sales performance indicator which is critical to enhance the understanding of the business and improve decision making.
• Volatile and increasingly challenging business environment covering Lebanon, Libya and Jordan (economy, market development & competition, regulatory constraints)
• Create reporting tools and templates
• Ability to manage different stakeholders with different reporting needs
  
  

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor country performance
• Generate monthly reports and analysis
• Monitor Market Share, Market stock levels, Prices
• Follow up on secondary sales project – data integration and analysis
• Collect, analyze, evaluate and report sales data by brand, by product, by region, by channel, by key account
• Analyse trade activities performance return on sell-out and sales increment
• Conduct quantitative sales trend analyses, cannibalization
• Create both standardized and custom reports depending on stakeholder’s need
• Evaluate sales performance based on sales forecast while taking into consideration activities.
• Keep cluster reports up to date at all time
• Spend at least 30% of time in the market
• Coordinate with distributors sales and merchandising team
• Support Distributors Manager and management team with requests for sales related reporting
  
  

About You

To be successful in the role you should ideally have

Experience And Education

• Education BA in Business, Accounting, Computing, or Finance.
• Experience at least for 2-3 years in the sales field.
• Must be proficient in number analysis.
• Must be proficient in Excel & building a Power BI Dashboard.

Languages Required

Arabic and English. French is a plus.

Mobility

Candidates should be open to move within the region or outside the region with Danone in 3-4 years if such an opportunity will arise which will contribute to his/her career grow.
