We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior CEM Technical Consultant to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the implementation and support of Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.

- Provide technical expertise and support during project delivery to ensure successful outcomes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CEM systems.

- Participate in training sessions and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Master’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Good technical knowledge and understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
