We are looking for experienced, sociable & passionate operations & marketing manager to join our team.

Full-time, remote position

Location: Lebanon, Beirut / Metn area

Key responsibilities

• Campaigns & Photoshoots: Assist in planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns and photoshoots, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Marketing Materials: Create communication materials using Canva.
• Website Management: Update and maintain our website and ensure content accuracy.
• Communication: Facilitate internal and third-party communications, maintaining organized records and follow-ups.
• Sales Team: Supervise and support the sales team to ensure a productive and organized environment.
• Customer Service & Deliveries: Handle all customer service responsibilities, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate deliveries.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on brand performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations and marketing.
• Strong passion for fashion and knowledge of industry trends.
• Experience in assisting with marketing campaigns and photoshoots.
• Proficiency in Canva is required; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other editing tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Shopify is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative and positive attitude with strong team coordination.
