The Senior Paid Search Executive is responsible for creating and activating search campaigns on a variety of platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads & Apple Search. The ideal candidate would have proven analytical skills, sufficient writing & communication skills and experience with platforms and systems at hand.
The candidate must have a motivational drive to succeed in an agency environment, be a strong team player and strive for excellence by continuously learning & developing their skills.
Responsibilities:
- Create entire keywords structures from scratch based on a provided landing page and client request.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with their client point of contact to deliver output with highest value including actionable insights and recommendations.
- Activate campaigns on platform with ease while continuously monitoring performance.
- Execute daily budget pacing and optimizations on accounts to improve performance wherever possible.
- Generate timely reports and extract valuable insights from data to highlight areas of success and areas of improvement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Manage and optimize large-scale paid search campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search etc.).
- Analyse campaign performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies to increase ROI.
- Manage and mentor a team of paid search executives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams (Paid Social, Programmatic…) to optimize overall digital performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in paid search advertising, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads & Apple Search ads platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Experience managing and optimizing large-scale budgets.
- Excellent project management, organizational & communications skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360.
- Ability to self-organize and manage numerous tasks.
- Ability to train new joiners on the foundations of PPC.
- Interest in performance marketing and data analysis.
- Excellent English & Arabic, French is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with paid search automation tools and platforms.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail industry.
