HR Assistant

Role Purpose:

§ Channels all Inter Company communication in and out of the HR department, while providing documented – professional answers to HR clients.


Key Accountabilities:

§ To handle all telecom, emails, walk ins, …

§ To receive all walk-in applicants and provide them with the company application form

§ To submit attendance & unjustified reports to the Comp & Ben unit on a monthly basis

§ To receive all internal courier

§ To manage new employees’ files


Qualifications:

§ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field.


Experience:

§ 0-1 year training or work experience in Human Resources.


Skills and Knowledge:

§ Able to handle pressure without letting it detract from the quality of work.

§ Dependable and able to act with discretion.

§ Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

§ Fluent in written and spoken English.

§ Computer literate.
