What You Will Be Doing

  • Plan and execute complex cloud infrastructure changes, including migrations
  • Automate DevOps workflows using AI/ML best practices
  • Perform Diameter (SIP) and Wireshark protocol analysis
  • Execute operational tasks like backups and configuration management
  • Integrate AI solutions into cloud infrastructure to enhance efficiency
  • Participate in on-call rotations and coverage duty

Network Engineer Key Responsibilities

Automate and optimize cloud infrastructure and DevOps workflows, with a focus on AWS, to drive efficiency and support the organization's strategic goals in the telecom domain.

Basic Requirements

  • Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Experience with Linux administration
  • Experience in Diameter (SIP) and Wireshark protocol analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute complex infrastructure changes
  • Proficiency in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into cloud-based solutions
  • Experience in building and deploying GPTs or other AI tools for automation and operational efficiency
  • Familiarity with programming languages for script automation and tool development
  • Experience in telecom operations, with 5G call flow experience being a plus
  • Capability to handle on-call responsibilities and rapid troubleshooting as part of the standard workweek

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
