•Monitor employees’ Activity on Sets (Attendance, Balances, Leaves and Adjustments) and ensure that all activities are up to date.
•Create new schedules and agreements upon request.
•Handles the inclusion of new recruits on Sets.
•Prepare, control, and validate monthly payroll to ensure timely and accurate payment of monthly salaries, benefits and deductions.
•Standardize payroll process by drafting, communicating, and implementing payroll policies and ensure abidance by all employees.
•Ensure the accuracy of the payroll input data on JD Edwards (New hired, termination, absence, transportation overtime and loans).
•Send and monitor acknowledged returns of all the pay slips.
•Assist in the final stage of the recruitment procedure by preparing the employees onboarding process (Email address Desktop, Stationary, and Punch ID and discuss company policies and procedures).
•Ensure that the information of the new joiner is recorded on both JD Edwards and SETS
•Prepare employees agreements, contracts, and undertakings in accordance with the Labor Law of the related country.
•Coordinate with the NSSF Representative to handle the declaration and/ or termination of employees in NSSF and MOF and follow up for any discrepancies.
•Ensure that all company properties are being handled when termination takes place (Laptop, SIM, phone or any other additions).
•Follow up on the medical reports and reconcile with the doctors’ invoices.
•Reconcile with the accounting department on the invoices of doctors, hospitals and ticketing agencies
