Personal Assistant to Import and Export Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Import and Export Manager in managing daily operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be capable of handling a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Import and Export Manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and documentation.
Prepare and review import/export documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the Import and Export Manager.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
Knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures is a plus.
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
