Responsible for providing technical and functional support in the areas of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems administration, problem resolution, support, process mapping, development, security access, and training. In addition to designing, testing, deploying, and maintaining data processing solutions to enhance the ERP Systems, ensuring alignment with Capital Partner Holding’s Policies & Procedures.

₋ Assist in developing procedures to ensure integrity of ERP systems and databases within Capital Partners Holding.
₋ Provide ongoing support to technical application questions or problems in the areas of system configuration/setup, product functionality and bugs/enhancements as it relates to the ERP interfaces.
₋ Perform Business Application testing and installation to ensure the code is correct, fixing (‘debugging’) errors where they occur and rerunning the Application until it runs smoothly without faults.
₋ Provide end user training to ensure Capital Partners Holding Applications are used efficiently.
₋ Responsible for connector stability by providing the following levels of support:
• Performing root cause analysis and resolution of connector related issues
• Assistance in the development and improvement of support procedures to ensure a positive ERP System experience.
• Log defect/enhancement tickets as needed.
• Participation in daily/weekly triage and production support meetings

₋ Demonstrate creativity, foresight and judgment in anticipating and solving complex ERP solutions/problems and in developing methods, standards and processes for diverse business activities.
₋ Thoroughly understand ERP processes in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels across the institution.
₋ Assist Help Desk representatives to ensure that they are properly trained on interface functionality and configurations of the ERP Systems.
₋ Troubleshoot application software and database problems on a timely basis.
₋ Maintain a working knowledge of any necessary changes within any ERP functionality, and report changes to end-users.
₋ Conduct routine periodic activities in ERP systems as directed by Manager, in order to provide supporting information for the organization and management.
₋ Write and update technical documentation such as users’ manuals, product specifications, and training materials.
₋ Coordinate and execute various test plans including unit, system, regression, UAT and integration.
₋ Develop automated workflows that are not provided in the ERP and integrate them into the system.
₋ Develop integration scripts/APIs that are needed to integrate data between the ERP and various vertical solutions.
₋ Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager
