Outdoor Sales Representative

Key Accountabilities:
- Increase sales of Kassaa Group’s products within the designated Lebanese territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and new accounts to drive sales growth and identify business opportunities.
- Provide expert advice and technical support on Kassaa Group product solutions to clients.
- Offer marketing collaterals guidance to distributors to enhance their sales strategies.
- Support the order fulfillment process by collaborating with the Headquarters warehouse team, production personnel, customer service, accounting, and delivery departments.
- Communicate complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner to customers.
- Meet sales targets and quotas, ensuring timely payment retrieval to maintain healthy accounts.
- Reflect Kassaa Group’s business values in all interactions and uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
- Conduct market research on all competition and present periodical reports to management.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
- BA degree or equivalent.
- Proven sales experience.
- In-depth understanding of Kassaa Group products and services, including specifications and technical details.
- Knowledgeable about industry trends, standards, and regulations relevant to the paint and construction industry in Lebanon.
- Ability to expand and nurture a professional network within the retail shops and distributor network.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Proficient in handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages (written and spoken).
- Sense of urgency, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales objectives
