Partner with other supervisors, Client Managers, and Implementation to coordinate solutions for client issues and questions
-Supervises and provides leadership to the furniture service, furniture delivery, and furniture administration teams including hiring, training, coordinating work assignments, employee development, and performance management
-Demonstrates leadership in the area of safety
-Coach, teach and train Delivery Merchandisers on processes and procedures necessary to maximize profit and productivity while maintaining satisfactory customer service
