Role Purpose

The Stock Controller in the production Department is responsible for maintaining the transfer between warehouses of warehouses, receiving daily stock deliveries, checking delivery notes and querying discrepancies. He/ she is accountable for ensuring the stock is ticketed and distributed promptly, processing stock returns to warehouse and organizing stock transfers between warehouses.


Key Responsibilities

Liaise with the production team to ensure a smooth production process is maintaining

Keep a complete and detailed database of inventory and supply documentation

Stock item data entries including: items, warehouse, family, subfamily, unit measure, and other types (Color, size, etc.)

Monitor correct data entry of stock receipts, purchases and internal transfers

Be present on the floor and personally inspect and confirm supply quantity , quality and delivery

Report and provide a clear information about any deficiency.

Manage the flow of raw material from and to the departments by keeping track and measuring/counting on weekly

Liaise closely with the production manager

Follow up, document and send all unused / unnecessary fabric to the warehouse.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent
minimmum 1 year experience.
