Job Title: Marketing Manager – Export Department

Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager for the Export Department will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive the growth of Izzat Daouk’s product portfolio in GCC and Arab markets. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong market research skills, competitive analysis expertise, and a strategic mindset to develop effective marketing plans, manage digital channels, and create compelling product catalogs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research:
o Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer behaviors in target export markets.
o Analyze market data to guide product positioning, pricing strategies, and market entry plans.
2. Competitor Activities:
o Monitor and analyze competitor actions, product launches, pricing strategies, and market share.
o Provide insights to the Export Manager and Sales teams to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
3. Marketing Plan and Calendars:
o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each target market within the GCC and Arab regions.
o Create and manage marketing calendars, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and key product launches.
o Coordinate with the Regional Sales Managers to localize marketing activities.
4. Catalogue Development and Research:
o Attend development and continuous improvement of product catalogs with the factory
o Collaborate with the Product and Compliance Specialist to ensure accurate and compliant product information.
o Research and implement best practices in catalog design and distribution.
5. Lead Generation through Digital Channels:
o Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads through online platforms, social media, and media buying.
o Optimize digital campaigns for maximum reach and engagement in the target markets.
o Track and report on digital marketing performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
Key Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in Marketing is a plus.
• Skills:
o Strong analytical and market research skills.
o Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, and media buying.
o Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
o Ability to develop strategic marketing plans and manage budgets effectively.
o Strong communication and presentation skills.
o Experience with product catalog development and international marketing compliance.
