Looking for a senior Interior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop creative and innovative design concepts that meet client requirements and enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of interior spaces.
* Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
* Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for interior spaces.
* Create detailed material boards and presentations for client approval.
* Manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture
* Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in interior architecture or a related design field.
* Proven experience in managing interior design projects from concept to completion.
* Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and functionality.
* Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
* Excellent spatial planning and technical drawing abilities.
* Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* F&B experience is a plus
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
