Receive and unpack supplies and store them in the appropriate areas.
Prepare sauces and stocks according to recipes.
Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients for recipes.
Set up and break down workstations.
Follow the appropriate safety procedures when handling food and equipment.
Follow the instructions of the Head Chef and other kitchen staff.
Ensure that all dishes are prepared and served on time.
Maintain accurate inventory of ingredients and supplies.
Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment.
Coordinating the work responsibilities of the kitchen.
Preparing cold & hot foods.
Frying, grilling, and cooking foods.
Keeping stations cleaned and organized.
Following recipes.
Maintaining excellent hygiene
