• Installing and configuring PC hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, IP telephony systems, WiFi and scanners
• Implement and manage VPNs, VLANs, and other network configurations.
• Work on Active directory and Manage user accounts, including setup, permissions, password resets and group policies.
• Manage IT asset inventory, including tracking hardware and software licenses.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and performance

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and local networks
• Responding to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support to the company
• Setting up accounts for new users, deleting accounts for old users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology, hardware and software
• Training staff members
