Job Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for facilitating communication and supporting the overall effectiveness of the marketing department's operations. This includes organizing and coordinating a diverse range of events, managing translation efforts for marketing content, coordinating contracts and payments, and ensuring content accuracy.
This role involves liaising with various stakeholders to maintain efficiency and uphold organizational standards in marketing operations.
Responsibilities:
• Events coordination:
o Organize and coordinate a mix of events, such as expos, seminars, workshops, webinars, and guest speaker sessions.
o Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including print collateral and promotional items, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
o Implement post-event surveys to gather feedback and assess the effectiveness of events.
• Translation Oversight:
o Coordinate translation efforts for marketing content.
o Liaise with translation services and tools such as ChatGPT to obtain accurate translations.
o Maintain an organized system for storing translated content on SharePoint.
• Financial Administration:
o Coordinate with the finance team to manage payments related to outsourced companies, contractors, and freelancers.
o Clear budgets with Project Manager
o Ensure timely processing and clearance of invoices and deals within established budgetary guidelines.
• Coordinating contracts/giveaways:
o Coordinate the drafting, review, and execution of contracts with management, HR and legal for external partners, vendors, and service providers.
o Maintain accurate records of contractual agreements and renewals, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
o Coordinate giveaway prizes to winners of campaigns
• Content quality check:
o Conduct quality checks to ensure deliverables are free from errors, spelling mistakes, and consistent in quality before going live.


Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry.
Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
