CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated IT Technical Support to join our dynamic team.

ICT provides End User IT outsourcing Hardware and software support services at NGO.
The Information and Communications Technology Section (ICTS) at NGO manages all ICT aspects including IT infrastructure, telecommunications, data center,
customer services, application and ITIL(v4) based Service Desk. It provides ICT services and End user software and hardware support to around 600 users.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The staff will consist of ICT competent specialists with very good communication skills and advanced technical skills, coupled with substantive experience in providing first line support in software and hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting and maintenance for End user’s computer systems and devices as per below:
Windows Computer Systems and Devices:
Installation, setup, configuration and troubleshooting technical issues of O365 desktop applications including but not limited to MS Outlook, MS Teams, Skype for Business, One drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio; Adobe, antivirus and other UN standard software (Citrix, Webex, etc.)
• Standard Software distribution to End Users using SCCM (Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager) and Microsoft Intune
• Active directory Help desk functions related to the creation, extension, unlock and password reset for user accounts.
• First contact support and assistance for users
• Windows OS and Mac Computer Systems installation and troubleshooting
• HD recovery tool manipulation
• Installation and movement of IT End Users computer systems in different locations
• Troubleshooting End Users Computer systems Network and hardware related issues
• Installation/Movement of an IP phone
• Guidance on how to perform basic computer system operations.
• Ensure that faulty machines under warranty are delivered to and picked up from the dedicated service provider after repair work is done.
• Maintenance of Network Printers
Requirements and skills:
• Technical License or BS in computer science
• Fluent in English and French
• 2-3 years of experience
