Education : Bachelor Degree in IT
Years of Experience : 4-6 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for the local program by working with our service provider, to understand the details of the current system.
- Document and maintain records of issues and solutions related to the local program.
- Monitor local system performance and make recommendations for improvements if possible.
- Work closely with local shipping agents, customs, and terminals to synchronize files and ensure smooth data exchange.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the programs.
- Figure out any changes in EDI files and inform the IT Director to change it to software, then test it and confirm.
- Identify and fix data discrepancies and coordinate with the IT Director to resolve technical issues related to Software
- Liaise with IT departments to ensure coordination and smooth transition when new programs are implemented.
- Assist in testing the new programs

Preferred Skills
- Experience with “Visual Basic” language related to our local program, if any.
-Experience with specific technologies or languages related to our new programs.
- Previous experience in coordinating IT transitions or upgrades.
- Project management skills.
