Job Purpose:
To greet customers enthusiastically, determine their needs, recommend products and achieve sales.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Master seasonal fashion trends, competitors' offers and promotions across all branches.
2- Recommend a product or a service following a customer need.
3- Execute merchandising according to guidelines and instructions. Arrange and display items.
4- Master invoicing according to the POS system; check stock availability and orders.
5- Collect customers’ data and fill in information during every appointment.
6- Report clients’ feedback, complaints and incidents to the Branch Manager.
7- Attend and participate in sales meetings.
8- Coordinate with other branches to reserve the desired missing items.
9- Distribute fidelity cards to customers.
10- Change goods prices when needed.
11- Assist in the physical inventory counts.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Location: Beirut
- Good Communication, Negotiation, and Selling Skills
