Telesales Consultant

As a Telesales Consultant at Exclusive Management, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our products/services, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

*Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective clients.
*Present and promote our products/services effectively.
*Identify and understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
*Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads and sales opportunities.
*Achieve and exceed sales targets and KP Is.
*Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
*Keep accurate records of calls and sales interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
