Patrons Agency is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Portfolio Management Assistant to join our team in Zalka. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing our portfolio, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Job Responsibilities:


- Prepare and analyze collections reports to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Manage the administrative aspects of our portfolio, including client data and policy maintenance

- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely payment of dues

- Organize and maintain accurate records of client policies and reports

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless portfolio management

- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns


Requirements:


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Advanced Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting

- At least 3 years of experience in administrative and portfolio management roles

- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

Working Hours:


Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
