Reports to: IDM Export and Private Label Business Unit Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our Home Care and Personal Care brands. You will be responsible for designing a variety of marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand values and product offerings to both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Portfolio Catalogue:
- Create visually appealing and informative product catalogues for our Home Care and Personal Care brands.
- Ensure the catalogues are up-to-date, reflect the brand's identity, and meet the needs of different markets.

2. Design Newsletters:
- Design and produce newsletters aimed at B2B customers in Lebanon and internationally.
- Ensure the newsletters are engaging, brand-consistent, and effectively communicate our latest updates, products, and services.

3. Design Flyers and Promotional Materials:
- Develop creative flyers for promotions, calendar events, and special services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional materials align with overall marketing strategies.

4. Design Co-Packing Ideas:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop innovative co-packing concepts that support the department's goals.
- Ensure all designs meet industry standards and enhance product appeal.

5. Design Product Leaflets and Packaging:
- Create product leaflets and packaging designs that comply with international standards.
- Ensure that packaging is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, aligning with our brand’s identity and market expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Knowledge of design principles and best practices for print and digital media.

- Language Proficiency:
- Strong ability to design and create content in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

- **Creative Abilities:**
- Ability to develop creative concepts that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.

- Collaboration and Adaptability:
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and production.
- Flexibility to adapt designs based on feedback and changing requirements.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work
