Job Summary:
The Commercial Director will develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy, manage orders, oversee the sales team and handle warehouse operations
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales and Growth Strategy: Participate and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and expand our customer base
· Order Management: Manage relationships and orders with manufacturers to optimize stock levels and delivery schedules
· Sales Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
· Warehouse Operations: Oversee inventory management, logistics, and stock control
· Registration and Admin: Ensure all vehicle registrations, documentation, and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to support brand growth and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
· 7+ years in a senior sales or commercial role preferably in the automotive industry
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
· Experience with inventory management and dealership operations
