Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets set by the company.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for sales.
  • Identify and pursue new leads and business opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, marketing, sales, etc.).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, ideally with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
