Key Responsibilities:
Ø Perform selective testing on raw materials to verify compliance with specified standards and quality requirements, generating detailed reports and promptly addressing any identified issues.Ø Conduct a variety of tests on products (e.g., putty, paint, hardener) throughout the production process to ensure they meet desired specifications.Ø Identify deviations from quality standards, recommend corrective actions, and document and analyze test results for regulatory compliance.Ø Execute calibration procedures for laboratory equipment according to schedules, ensuring all machines operate within defined parameters and maintaining comprehensive records of activities.Ø Identify opportunities to enhance quality control procedures and collaborate with internal departments to implement improvements.Ø Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.Ø Conduct research to improve product formulations.Ø Engage in research activities to develop new formulations, conduct experiments to improve product properties, and meticulously document findings for future reference and regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Ø Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in maintaining accurate records.
Ø Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
