Your Role:

As the Social Media Manager, you will lead our efforts to maintain a compelling and consistent brand presence across all digital channels. Your innovative strategies and creative content will captivate our audience, fostering a deep connection with our community and elevating our brand's online visibility. Collaborating closely with the content team, you will lead the charge in brainstorming fresh marketing ideas, planning our social media calendar, and staying ahead of the curve with the latest digital trends and features.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Presence/Maintenance: Oversee and enhance our brand's presence on various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, our mobile app, and website. Utilize aggregators for efficient content management across platforms.
• Content Leadership: Lead the content team in generating innovative and engaging marketing ideas. Facilitate brainstorming sessions and ensure a steady flow of high-quality content.
• Content Creation and Editing: Take an active role in content creation and editing, ensuring that all content aligns with our brand's voice and message, and meets the high-quality standards expected across our digital platforms.
• Social Media Planning: Develop and implement a strategic content calendar to ensure a cohesive and dynamic social media feed. Craft captivating captions that resonate with our audience.
• Trend Awareness: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, features, and news. Implement new strategies and features to keep our brand at the forefront of digital marketing.
• Creative Collaboration: Prepare mood boards for content creators, guiding the visual and thematic direction of our content to ensure brand consistency and appeal.
• Innovative Campaigns: Draw inspiration from leading brands in dynamic sectors to create high-energy, engaging content that stands out. Incorporate unique storytelling methods, interactive content, and cutting-edge social media tactics to engage and expand our audience.
• Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a social media management role, with a significant portfolio of successful campaigns and content creation.
• Digital Savvy: Proficient with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems. Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and user engagement techniques.
• Creative Vision: Exceptional creativity in content creation, visual storytelling, and marketing campaign ideation.
• Strategic Planner: Strong ability to plan and execute social media strategies that align with broader marketing goals and brand identity.
