Inventory Control Specialist

*Job Summary:
The inventory control specialist is in charge of controlling and maximizing inventory levels to make sure the supply chain runs smoothly, communicating with multiple departments, regular inventory audits, and stock level monitoring, reviewing inventory data to spot patterns and offer suggestions for enhancing inventory control procedures.

*Job Duties and Key Responsibilities:
•Monitor and control stock levels.
•Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
•Manage slow-moving and fast-moving items.
•Examine performance indicators and inventory structure.
•Generate and distribute inventory reports.
•Examine performance indicators and inventory structure.
•Communicate with the sales team on product availability.
•Collaborate with purchasing for timely stock replenishment.

*Qualifications and Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
•2+ years in inventory control or supply chain management.
•Computer knowledge (MSFT Office, ERP, Internet Use)
•Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

•Attention to detail and accuracy.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

*Working Conditions:
•Full time presence on site is required
•Good reporting skills
•Requires sitting for a long period of time and using a computer
•NSSF registration provided after probation
