Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Leadership: Strengthen our brand reputation in the UAE and KSA, while expanding our presence in Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar. Develop and execute communication strategies that resonate with our target audiences.
  • Lead Generation & Strategy: Partner with sales to deepen customer relationships, enhance retention, and drive quality lead generation through data-driven decisions. Suggest and implement innovative ideas to expand our client base, including pilot programs and creative campaigns.
  • Creative Innovation: Continuously explore and introduce fresh, creative marketing approaches to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients. Encourage out-of-the-box thinking within the team to stay ahead of market trends and competition.
  • Media & Content Management: Establish and cultivate productive relationships with regional media partners to increase brand awareness and organic lead generation. Oversee the creation of tailored content, including videos, reports, and more.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the sales funnel, providing insights to refine strategies and improve conversion rates. Ensure all leads are captured, nurtured, and efficiently routed through a well-structured process.
  • Website & SEO: Ensure our website offers an outstanding customer experience, supports lead generation, and adheres to SEO best practices. Keep it continuously updated to reflect our evolving brand.
  • Event Management: Oversee online and offline events, ensuring they are error-free, credible, and profitable. Provide support on all levels to make physical events successful.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish, track, and refine the annual marketing strategy, calendar, and budget. Use KPI data and insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing ROI.
  • Team Collaboration: Ensure all leads are captured, nurtured, and efficiently routed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing leadership, with a strong focus on brand management, lead generation, and content creation.
  • Deep understanding of the GCC market, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with regional media partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a track record of making data-driven decisions and optimizing sales funnels.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and implement innovative marketing strategies.
