Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s personal and professional tasks.
- Maintain the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and provide reminders.
- Arrange travel plans and prepare meeting materials.
- Assist with personal errands and special projects.
- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
