As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and will provide support to our team members.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
  2. Answer and direct phone calls
  3. Coordinate between different departments
  4. Prepare and edit invoices, reports, and receipts
  5. Assist in customers' orders and deliveries
