Junior Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities:


Ø Report directly to the sales team.
Ø Submit weekly plans and reports to the sales supervisor.
Ø Respond to the sales team’s instructions and address market technical needs.
Ø Uphold a strong company image through professionalism, excellent communication, integrity, adaptability, and a firm grasp of company values and goals.
Ø Maintain continuous learning, staying motivated and proactive in acquiring new knowledge, skills, and growth opportunities.
Ø Understand and stay updated on the company's technical and training tools.
Ø Prepare and deliver product and technical training presentations.
Ø Provide comprehensive training to customers on our complete range of products as assigned by the sales team.
Ø Address all customer issues promptly via email, copying the sales team for company records.
Ø Demonstrate new products to customers effectively.
Ø Recommend and promote our products to customers onsite.
Ø Monitor new products.
Ø Regularly support the technical team at the color box factory when on company sites
