A company in Jbeil is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Supervisor to oversee our CNC machining operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in CNC machine operations, with strong knowledge of nesting techniques and machine programming. You will be responsible for ensuring that production goals are met, machines are properly maintained, and the team operates efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of CNC machining, ensuring production schedules are met.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance.
- Utilize nesting software to optimize material use and machine efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine performance or programming errors.
- Train, mentor, and manage CNC operators and machinists.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of parts produced, ensuring they meet required specifications.
- Coordinate with the production team to prioritize jobs and optimize workflow.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance, production output, and team performance.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC operator, machinist, or supervisor.
- Proficiency in nesting software and CNC machine programming.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
