Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills
* French is mandatory
* Ability to quickly adapt to customer needs
* Working hours: from 16:00 till 23:00 on Weekdays

Essential duties and Responsibilities
• Listens actively, providing accurate information and advice
* Gathers information in a polite and professional manner
* Answers incoming calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner and answering customer questions
* Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
* Answers inbound calls and guide the patients to their portal to book appointments and to manage their medical documents
