Responsible for creating and maintaining an engaging and visually appealing store environment that enhances the customer shopping experience and drives sales. This role involves developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies, creating window and in-store displays, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual elements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement seasonal and promotional displays to enhance product visibility and attract customers.
- Set up eye-catching window displays to draw in foot traffic.
- Regularly update window displays to reflect new products, trends, and promotions.
- Design and arrange in-store displays to optimize space and highlight key products.
- Ensure that displays are dynamic, well-maintained, and changed frequently to keep the store looking fresh and inviting.
- Select and manage store fixtures, fittings, and props that complement the visual merchandising plan.
- Maintain and enforce brand standards in all visual merchandising efforts.
- Ensure consistency in visual presentation across all store locations.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align visual merchandising strategies with marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of visual merchandising on sales performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities in visual merchandising.
- Implement new and innovative merchandising techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for design and detail.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
