Mission
Organize production floor and follow up on production lines: mixing, filling and labelling to ensure proper preparations and conformity of finished products.

Job Duties
Manage the production floor
· Communicate with store keeper – packaging that all the packaging material are available on site and check the quantities needed on a weekly basis and when needed according to weekly schedule
· Finish previous day production by checking the content of pasteurizer, labelling and sending daily report for data entry officer on daily basis
· Follow up the startup of machines: mixing, filling and labelling on a daily basis to ensure conformity of the process and the end products
· Check daily production papers filled by the operators to avoid mistakes on a daily basis
· Communicate with the warehouse store keeper to manage the workflow and deliver end products to the warehouse for storage on a daily basis
· Check quantity and status of pallets in addition to label added using MepticoApp before sending them to end products warehouse on a daily basis
· Control production system by sending/receiving: delivery/receptions
· Prepare inventory of end products packaging materials in order to issue stock correction sheet and send it to accounting department when requested
· Compare end products packaging material quantities available on site with the system and send stock corrections to accounting department on weekly basis
· Prepare a yearly inventory of end products packaging materials and send it to accounting department in order to issue a detailed report about differences in quantities on system and stock on site
· Make sure that all cleaning chemicals (for manual cleaning) are enough on a weekly basis
· Prepare all sanitary equipment needed by employees: hairnet, arm covers, facial masks, dishwashing chemicals, …
· Report problems in production machines and tapping machines to maintenance department and follow up until repaired
· Report all employee’s problems to production planning and monitoring supervisor
Planning and organizing
· Enforce safety and health by assuring good hygiene of employees and cleanliness of work environment on a daily basis
· Coordinate with operators on production lines to ensure that sufficient personnel are available to avoid any delays on a daily basis
· Discuss job performance problems with employees and give remarks when needed
· Train new workers on their duties when needed
· Evaluate performance of workers and operators for the 3 months’ probation
· Fill defect delivery sheet including items and quantities then send it to warehouse –packaging on a weekly basis
Data collection and analysis
· Record daily fuel level on appropriate excel sheet in order to analyze its consumption
· Record daily consumption of water C on appropriate excel sheet
General
- Carry out other similar duties that can be defined within the broad functional job and functional responsibilities outlined above. These may include special missions assigned by direct superior, support to other departments/units, providing on the job training, etc.
Authorities:
- Stop machine in case of any non-conforming product
- Stop the mixing in case defect was suspected
- Fire employee home to shave/shower and return back
Qualifications
High school degree and Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial field
or Technical /University degree in the industrial field
Good command of English and Arabic

Work conditions
The post holder will be required to work in an office set up, be present on site in factory and warehouses when needed. Deals with challenges of working with workers from different nationalities; Manage workload, the production lines and the performance of all employees; Lead the production team to increase production using existing sources and developing new ideas.
