We are looking for a passionate and competent Trade Marketing Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate is someone who’s capable to handle the below responsibilities:
- Set with the supplier the Yearly Activities calendar in terms of market activations in close coordination with the Sales Management team as well as manage the ad hoc supplier activations requests
- Propose liquidation action plans with the Supply Chain and Sales Management team on activations related to near-expiry items as well as over stock items to be shared with the supplier for approval in order to minimize potential losses
- Draft market activation proposals and budgets for each project detailing the cost of goods, POS material, service providers and all additional expenses needed to be shared with the supplier for approval
- Manage the implementation of promotional activities by handling all matters related to ordering needed goods and POSM from suppliers as well as handling all the needed logistics preparations in coordination with third party providers, KFF Administrative team, concerned warehouses and sales team
- Inform and train, in coordination with the supplier, the Sales & Merchandising team on all activations taking place within their respective accounts in order to facilitate activations implementation and communication with customers
- Follow-up with the concerned Sales and Merchandising team on activations implementation within their respective accounts through regular market visits and take action in case of any discrepancy
- Control the Advertising & Promotion budget exercise by monitoring the expenses of each activation in terms of kitting, advertising material, third parties fees, etc. and check for any pending supplier payment or discrepancy in close c 1oordination with the Finance and Management team
- Generate monthly stock and sales reports by customer, channel and SKU in order to analyze the figures based on the set and agreed forecast and previous periods
- Maintain awareness of competitors’ performance, slow sellers, new launches, brand activations, price changes etc. through regular market visits and inform management in order to develop necessary sales and marketing actions
- Spot development areas per store and recommend possible solutions or opportunities to the concerned sales team
Qualifications:
Min. 2 years of experience in similar position
BA in Business Administration or related Field, Masters is a plus.
Preferred background in Marketing and Sales
Excellent command of English and Arabic
