Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Representative (East) at Catafago & Co. in Beirut. The role involves conducting medical sales, communicating with healthcare professionals, providing exceptional customer service, and demonstrating knowledge of medicine and pharmacy products.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a medical representative in your area in addition to experience in the field (General practitioners/Family medicine, Pediatrics, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Dermatologists).

Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or Biochemistry is mandatory !!

Languages:

Effective communication skills in Arabic, English and French

Duties & responsibilities:

· Identifying new opportunities and establishing relations with health care professionals

· Visit healthcare professionals to promote products according to the line strategy

· Performing calls for physicians and pharmacies using excellent selling skills and marketing techniques

· Follow up and report on competitors' activities, suggesting new strategies to compete in the market

· Maintaining detailed records and pro-active reporting

· Attending conferences and exhibits

· Achieving required KPI's on the CRM system

· Performing regular marketing activities as requested (in-hospital activities, club gatherings, etc.)

· Achieving the required monthly target and coordinating with the sales team to achieve their target
