Specifically, we're looking for someone who:

• +2 years of related experience
• Is able to direct, oversee, and be responsible for the overall quality of creative output and thinking
• Is able to manage creative projects from concept to completion (in partnership with the studio manager and creative team) and translates marketing objectives into creative strategies
• Is able to lead brand creative offer in partnership with Senior Brand Strategy Director, responsible for creative output for brand creative (logos, brand guidelines, roll out materials, etc.)
• Is able to lead and continue to grow a creative team through providing quality art direction and concepting, mentorship and constructive feedback
• Is able to be up to date on creative designs and trends, and emerging technologies
• Is able to work directly with the team to clarify and promote the vision and creative direction of the creative studio team
• Is able to work in a tight-knit and friendly team environment.
• Is fast and has a high attention to detail and quality.
• Is able to manage their time effectively and hit those deadlines.
