Position Summary:
The Interior Designer - Mid is responsible for creating, planning, and executing interior design solutions that align with client expectations and project requirements. This role focuses on enhancing the aesthetics, functionality, and usability of spaces through creative design and precise execution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Concept Development:
- Develop innovative design concepts considering spatial planning, aesthetics, and material selection.
- Create mood boards, sketches, 3D models, and drawings for client approval.
· Space Planning:
- Design interior layouts for optimal space utilization and functionality.
- Produce detailed floor plans, furniture layouts, and elevations.
· Material Selection:
- Choose materials, colors, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with the design vision.
- Prepare material boards and specifications.
· Documentation:
- Generate detailed drawings and specifications using software like AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Prepare construction documents, including schedules and interior specifications.
· Collaboration:
- Work closely with contractors, vendors, and other design disciplines to ensure accurate project execution.
· Compliance:
- Ensure designs comply with safety standards and regulations.
· Client Interaction:
- Understand client needs and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Prepare and present design proposals and visual presentations.
· Project Support:
- Assist in managing project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
- Oversee design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications.

Reports to a Senior Interior Designer or Design Manager.
Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
- Experience: 3-6 years in interior design and project execution.
