IPT is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PartnershipManager to join our team. This role is critical for managing the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks associated with our partnerships, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with our business goals. The PartnershipManager will work closely with IPT management and the Group Business Development Unit to implement partnership strategies and handle the operational aspects of partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the daily operations of partnership agreements, including contract management, compliance, and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, handling inquiries, requests, and communications efficiently.
  • Support the Business Development team in identifying potential partners and facilitating the onboarding process.
  • Monitor partnership performance and track key metrics to ensure partnership goals are being met.
  • Assist in the preparation of partnership proposals, presentations, and documentation.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to partnership activities, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partner-related initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing partnerships or related operational roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage partner relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools for project management and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
