Role Description

This is a contract role for a Customer Support Agent. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving any issues or concerns raised by customers. This will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is located on-site in Beirut.


You're responsibility

  • Investigate, quick resolve and answer customer requests received via calls, emails and chats to guarantee customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
  • Proactively liaise with internal department and external providers to ensure operations run smoothly
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to relevant departments to help enhance customer experience
  • Support in the training of new joiners, and build training material
  • Take ownership of each task raised from identification to resolution
  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required
