If yes, we are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g.
- pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing
Key Requirements:
- Holder of Business degree from a reputable university
- Previous work experience (2-3 years minimum)
- Professional behavior and decent business dress code awareness are crucial
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Front Office and Receptionist Duties
- Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Work Location and Schedule:
- Working from Monday till Friday
