Job Description

We are looking for a driven and passionate Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work remotely, reaching out to businesses globally to sell our photo and video services, and building strategic partnerships within the corporate events ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and target potential clients within the corporate events space. Proactively reach out via outbound channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
  • Inbound Lead Management: Efficiently manage and convert inbound leads generated through our marketing channels and paid efforts. Quickly respond to inquiries, understand client needs, and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal. This includes understanding client needs, presenting our services, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Business Development & Partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with event venues, corporate event planners, and other key players within the industry to expand Shootday’s reach and influence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Address any client concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
  • CRM & Reporting: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure client expectations are met and that services are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, client needs, and sales techniques. Constantly look for ways to improve the sales process and increase efficiency.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record in both outbound and inbound sales. Experience selling photography and videography services to businesses is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in using CRM tools, managing sales pipelines, and organizing sales activities.
  • Personality: High integrity, great spirit, and a genuine person. We value honesty and transparency in all dealings.
  • Work Ethic: Hardworking and resilient. Comfortable working in a startup environment where adaptability and initiative are key.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience in business development, particularly in forming strategic partnerships with venues and other corporate event stakeholders.
